In person information event with Gateshead Council

Our in-person events are held by our local authority partners in key locations for their residents. This fostering information event with partner Gateshead Council lasts an hour and a half and is aimed at those who want to find out more about a little life as a foster carer within their local authority. As well as covering the basics about foster care, what it involves and the application process, the session will include information about the support packages available to carers in the area. The team also regularly welcome guest speaker foster carers. We would ask you to book your space at this event.
